Thank you for shopping at heyheybabies.com. We want to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and transparent as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping policy.

  1. Processing and Handling Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  1. Transit Times and Shipping Rates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

  1. Geographic Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to APO and FPO addresses.

  1. Damages and Lost Packages

heyheybabies.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms successful delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team at our business email so we can help guide you through the process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  1. Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
