Thank you for shopping with HeyHey Babies! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return Window Customers have 14 days after an item has been delivered to request a return and refund. Requests must be submitted directly through your order page on heyheybabies.com.

Return Approval & Shipping

  • Prior Approval Required: You must receive official approval from HeyHey Babies before sending any items back to us. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

  • Shipping & Packing: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for the safe packing and return shipping costs of the items.

Item Condition Requirements

  • All returned items must be in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging.

  • If we receive a returned item that does not match this required condition, HeyHey Babies reserves the right to reject the return entirely or issue a partial refund. Please note that in these cases, the rejected items will not be shipped back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumable products

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items If your items arrive damaged or defective, please let us know immediately. HeyHey Babies may ask you to provide clear photos of the damage or request additional information so we can properly resolve the issue for you.

Restocking Fees Please be aware that certain categories of items may be subject to a restocking fee. If a restocking fee applies to your return, you will be informed of the exact amount during the return approval process.
