HeyHey Babies Monthly Summer Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this giveaway is HeyHey Babies, a Forever Ks company ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The HeyHey Babies Monthly Summer Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of HeyHey Babies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD (THE "MONTHLY CYCLE"): The Sweepstakes operates on a recurring monthly basis. Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Entries do not roll over. You must submit a new entry during each Promotion Period to be eligible for that specific month’s drawing.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit https://heyheybabies.com/pages/monthly-giveaways and complete the online entry form provided by Klaviyo. You must provide your full name, a valid email address, and a valid US phone number.

• Limit: One (1) entry per person, per email address, per phone number, per Monthly Cycle.
• Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified.

5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT (TCPA DISCLOSURE): By entering this Sweepstakes, you have the option to opt-in to receive automated marketing text messages from HeyHey Babies at the phone number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, nor is it a condition to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive.

6. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) winner per Promotion Period will receive one (1) Inflatable Pool Float Lounge Swimming Raft.

• ARV: $238
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

7. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within 1 business day following the close of the month. The potential winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply to the notification within 72 hours, or fails to claim the prize, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
